Netflix has an endless for everybody, including your kids! If you are planning a long drive to grandma’s house in their comfy car seat or a flight abroad during summer vacation this year, then you will need something to make sure your little ones are free from boredom! Luckily, as long as you have some kind of tablet device that can connect to WiFi or LTE, you can do just that! Here are our recommendations for some of the best shows available on Netflix for kids right now!

The Cuphead Show

The first season of this Netflix-exclusive show debuted in February of this year. Even if you haven’t played the video game it’s based on, you will still really enjoy the 1930s-inspired animation style. The show centers around two brothers, Cuphead and Mugman, who are under the care of Elder Kettle. Despite his attempts to keep the two out of trouble, it never seems to work out!

Blippi Wonders

Blippi Wonders is an animated version of the popular YouTube show. If your child prefers cartoons over live-action, then this might appeal to them more. Blippi learns all about different things, including construction sites, bats, and so much more! The show is also available on Hulu.

Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Noir

Being a superhero isn’t easy, especially when you are only in middle school. The hit French computer-animated show has been dubbed into English and is loved by many around the world. Marinette Dupain-Cheng and Adrien Agreste are two teenagers living in Paris who can transform into superheroes with the power of a magical jewel known as Miraculous whenever evil is afoot.

Mr. Peabody and Sherman

Mr. Peabody is a 7-year-old who has been given a super smart dog who can travel back in time! The two travel back to historical times to learn directly about some of the most important events from yesterday. Not only that, but they are joined by a live audience that can actively participate in the show. We encourage you to check it out for yourself!

Hilda

Based on Luke Pearsons’ graphic novel, this show follows the tale of its title character, 11-year-old Hilda, who not only rocks her blue hair but her fearless nature, as well. After moving Trollberg, she manages to become friends with some of the most dangerous monsters in the forest.

The Fairly Oddparents

Can you believe that The Fairly Oddparents are over 20 years old now? That means some parents today grew up with this show! Feel old, yet? The adventures of Timmy Turner and his Fairy Godparents Cosmo and Wanda are not one to pass up on. It is a true Nicktoon classic that all kids must watch at least once!

The Magic School Bus Rides Again

The classic education 1990s cartoon that many kids watched in their science classes on those big bulky TVs got a reboot a couple of years ago, and it’s looking better than ever! The adventures of the Magic School Bus are incredibly memorable and encourage kids to get immersed into a fun but educational world. Miss Frizzle truly deserves to be apart of every kid’s childhood.
